Development Office
The Director of Development at the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem is tasked with designing and planning humanitarian and developmental interventions based on the LPJ’s priorities and mandate, all inspired by the evolving needs of the community. Working in close collaboration with various LPJ departments and under the guidance of the LPJ CEO, he ensures that every initiative aligns with the LPJ mandate and objectives to serve the local communities across the diocese. In this role, the Director secures sustainable funding, preparing major project proposals to support the pastoral, educational, and humanitarian programs of the LPJ that foster community resilience. Each initiative is carefully crafted to preserve Christian faith and its deeply rooted heritage in the region, support vulnerable families, and empower youth through education and faith-based leadership. The Director ensures that donor support and resources are effectively directed towards strengthening the Christian presence in the region, making the LPJ a resilient pillar of hope for marginalized communities.
