Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is one of the main administrative departments operating under the General Administration and with direct reporting relationship from the CEO. The department serves the multiple segments and the different entities under the umbrella of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem in Palestine and Israel, carrying out the recruitment and staffing procedures, offering equal and fair employment opportunities while adhering to the legal local Labor Laws, within a fair, confidential, transparent, and professional manner. With guidance by the CEO, the HR department, develops, implements, and updates the internal personnel policies and procedures, to ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork, guided by the internal set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Currently, the HR department is responsible for all processes related to Human Resources, as it supervises and administers over 100 employees, within a healthy work environment.
