Project Management Unit
Within the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the Projects Management Unit (PMU) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects across the Patriarchate, including those involving parishes, schools, and other related institutions. The PMU collaborates closely with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to project management standards and processes. The unit plays a key role in facilitating the implementation of pastoral, infrastructural, educational, and humanitarian initiatives within the diocese, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation and execution to monitoring, evaluation, and closure. This includes coordinating onsite inspections with local teams, assessing and monitoring project activities, evaluating their impact on the benefiting community, and providing both interim and final reports to benevolent donors.
